This paper presents a solution to the parameter drift problem, by using a neural network based on multiple Self-Organizing Maps. mSOM. This architecture has been tested on two complex data sets where the results are successful. The network is able to adapt itself to new changes of the input probability distribution by repetitive self-training processes based on its experience.
