Toward Deterministic Doping of Silicon via Dopant Containing Homopolymer

Have a look to the new manuscript we have just published on doping of silicon by phosphorus end-terminated polymers: M.Perego J. Mater. Chem. C, 2021. This is a new step towards the development of a gentle technology for the doping of semiconductors. If you are interested in this topic you can find more details about this novel technology in our previous works  (M. Perego, ACS Nano 2018, R. Chiarcos, ACS Appl. Electron. Mater. 2019 and M. Perego, J. Mater. Chem. C 2020 ). For more information about this research activity, contact Michele Perego
