Critical limb ischemia may be the consequence of chronic occlusion of an aneurysm of popliteal artery. Endovascular repairs have the potential to be less invasive than open surgery and to allow the treatment, during the same procedure, of occlusive infrapopliteal diseases achieving a better distal outflow.
