CNR-IMM has been rewarded with the Best paper award at the conference Biosensors 2018, held in Miami (FL, USA) from the 12th to the 15th of June, with the paper “Integrating printed microfluidics with silicon photomultipliers for miniaturised and highly sensitive ATP bioluminescence detection” authored by M.F. Santangelo (fellow at IMM-HQ), S. Libertino (permanent staff at IMM-HQ), A.P.F. Turner (Linköping University), D. Filippini (Linköping University) and W.C. Mak (Linköping University). The research was carried out during a collaboration between IMM-HQ and the University of Linköping (Sweden). The paper was selected among over 1200 abstracts submitted to the conference. The research results are published on the journal Biosensors and Bioelectronics 99 on pag. 464-470 (2018) DOI: 10.1016/j.bios.2017.07.055.
