Nuovo bando per assunzione di TRE ricercatori e UN tecnologo TD presso l’Istituto per la Microelettronica e Microsistemi sede di Catania nell’ambito progetto “I-PHOQS - Integrated infrastructure Initiative in Photonic and Quantum Sciences” (vedi: https://www.cnr.it/it/eventi/allegato/13166 , https://www.cnr.it/it/eventi/allegato/13165 ), finanziato con fondi PNRR.
Le attività previste si sviluppano attorno alle tecnologie per i semiconduttori, la microelettronica, e le energie rinnovabili. Il bando è aperto a lauree in più settori disciplinari. Per i ricercatori si richiede esperienza almeno triennale nel campo delle micro e nanotecnologie per almeno uno dei seguenti campi: celle solari, dispositivi per fotonica, e celle elettrochimiche, per applicazioni in ambiti quali l'energia solare, le tecnologie quantistiche, e il biomedical imaging. Per il tecnologo si richiede esperienza almeno triennale nella gestione tecnico / amministrativa, e/o gestione finanziaria di progetti scientifici, e/o supporto alla gestione della proprietà intellettuale

The planned activities are developed around the technologies for semiconductors, microelectronics, and renewables. The call is open to people in possess of a master degree in various disciplines. It is required a minimum of three years of experience in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies in at least one of the following areas: solar cells, photonic devices, and electrochemical cells, for application in contexts as solar energy, quantum technologies, and biomedical imaging. For the technologist it is required an experience of at least three years in the management of scientific projects on at least one of the following aspects: technical, administrative, financial, intellectual property
