E\PCOS 2019 - European Phase-Change and Ovonic Symposium
This Conference brings the phase change community together to discuss the latest technology achievements and their possible new application areas. An important goal of E\PCOS is to provide an informal atmosphere to encourage interactions among participants and provide fruitful interactions between technology leaders of industry and academia.
Low dimensional materials (including the wide family of 2D materials, 1D nanotubes or nanowires and 0 D quantum dots) are currently gaining an increasing interest in electronics/optoelectronics, as they allow to extend the performances of traditional semiconductor devices or to demonstrate completely new device concepts and exciting physics.
